KARST DOG PARK

Karst Dog Park is the place for a dog gone fun time!

Monroe County Parks & Recreation Department will strive to provide a safe and clean facility with recreational and social opportunities for dog owners and their dogs in an off leash environment.

General Information:

  • Annual fee is $75 for the 1st dog & $50 for each additional family dog.
  • Our goal is to have the Dog Park operational & open on Saturday May 31, 2008. You are encouraged to register before this date, due to the limited number of memberships being offered in 2008. Your annual membership will begin on the 1st day the Dog Park is officially open.
  • Seperate enclosures (1.5 acres big/active dogs & .5 acre small or shy or old dogs).
  • Required vaccinations: Rabies, Bordetella, and DAPP.
  • Infants/children under 12 years old are not allowed in the Dog Park for safety reasons.
  • Children 12-15 years old must be supervised by an adult.
  • There are many quick routes to Karst Farm Park coming from Bloomington & Ellettsville.
  • Travel time from Canine Companions to the Karst Dog Park is only 10 minutes.

How to Register:

  • Fill out Dog Park registration form.
  • Sign acceptance of terms form.
  • Show vaccination & spay/neuter proof from your vet clinic.
  • Mail, fax or drop by our office with the above documentation and payment to (scroll down for contact information). .
  • Accept Mastercard, visa or check.
  • Once you are completely registered, you will be given a Karst Dog Park dog tag & a key fob that will allow you access to the locked gate.
